Thank you for your Groupon purchase!  Please be aware of the following guidelines.

• Groupon vouchers are for first time clients ONLY.  For returning clients that have purchased the voucher, Groupon will refund your money. 
• Due to the popularity of the Groupon deal, when calling or emailing to book your appointment, your call or email will be returned within 24-72 hours.  Please be prepared to have your appointment 2-3 weeks out.  
• We ask that all clients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to fill out an intake form. 
• Please keep in mind that your Groupon does not cover the 8% sales tax or gratuity so please be prepared to pay the sales tax when you come in for your appointment. 
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, a 24 hour notice is required.  The cancellation fee is the full price of the massage if 24 hours notice is not given or no shows.  For Groupon customers, the voucher will be redeemed.
